Refund Policy

All products manufactured by BEPL are custom-built and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of these solutions, we do not offer refunds or returns once production has begun or once the product has been delivered.

Cancellations must be requested in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this period, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee based on incurred costs.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. BEPL will assess the issue and may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
